Who needs ice cream when you can have frozen bananas? My family enjoyed these delicious treats for desserts!
- 2 bananas
- Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt
- crushed almonds
- cinnamon
- Line a tray with parchment paper.
- Mix the Greek yogurt and cinnamon together.
- Peel the bananas.
- Cut off an end off from each banana, then insert the popsicle sticks.
- Coat the bananas in Greek yogurt and almonds.
- Lay the bananas on the parchment paper and freeze for 45-55 minutes. The bananas will be creamy and firm, but not completely frozen.
SO I thought I needed another progress shot because I only have a couple. The before picture was a rare shot and I had to take a picture of it with my phone since it was when we were on a cruise and got a shot taken of the whole family. I obviously HATED IT (I rarely let people take photos of me) but my whole family and especially my sister right next to me looked amazing. The after shot was this christmas at a christmas party, my sister lent me that dress and I felt incredible!
I’ve come so far and can’t wait to reach my UGW this year, 30 more pounds, Molly…30 more!
